Halloween
Charity Weekend
27th to 29th October
We are dressing the pub as a haunted house for a weekend of entertainment for the whole family, raising funds for our chosen charity , The MS Society which effects many of our regular local customers in Kendal and further away. See below for full details of the weekend's entertainment.
Friday 27th - Victor Michael
Starting us off with a fantastic live music set at 9pm including pop, rock and musical numbers. Victor is one of the UK's top entertainers who performs both at the top hotel chains and theatres with his amazing range and styles of music.
Saturday 28th - Fancy Dress Karaoke 8.30pm
Throughout the day we will have Stocks in the Beer Garden where you can put your friends and family member for a small donation and throw wet sponges at them. We also have one of Kendal's Ghost walkers coming in during the day to tell stories of Kendal past and the ghosts who may still haunt us.

We then finish off the day with our fancy dress karaoke night @8.30pm with first second and third prizes being awarded to the best fancy dressed guests picked by our very own Frazzel Dazzel.

Sunday 29th - Halloween Quiz 7.30pm
Throughout the day we will again have Stocks in the Beer Garden where you can put your friends and family member for a small donation and throw wet sponges at them.

The evening finishes off with our Halloween themed quiz, teams of up to 5 people per team, 4 rounds with chip butties at half time. There is a prize for first second and third places and some individual prizes available.

Silent Auction (Closes 28th October)
We have a silent auction running until the 28th October.
​
Tickets are £2 each, once purchased you place your bid on one or more of the items in the auction and put your ticket into the box, once the auction closes you will be notified if you have the highest bid, you can then arrange to come and pay for the item and take it away. Tickets are available from the bar from the 1st October 2023, cash only.

Daily Raffle (Drawn @ 8pm each day)
We have a daily raffle drawn at 8 pm each day, ticket holders must be present at the draw to claim their prize, any non attendees will be re drawn until all the prizes are claimed. Tickets are £1 and available on the day from the bar, cash only.
